The Business Need

Home Guarantee needed a stunning new website and they needed it fast. After being let down by their previous agency Overtone Digital stepped in to provide a rapid project turn around.

Home Guarantee needed a system that would help them sell their services, explain how their service works as well as manage their new clients, the processing of their documentation and agreements and finally the delivery of each clients guarantor certificate.

The business needed a platform that would be able to grow in the future, that would be able to manage massive fluctuations in traffic and site usage.

Our Solution

Our solution was to design a modern website which would enable users to upload their rental information, complete a payment for the services and then manage and track the delivery of the service from their own user profile pages. Our solution enabled Home Guarantee to define multiple administrators with different levels of access to the website and clients and to easily manage payments and ongoing content management for the website.

The website is built to work on mobile devices and all screen sizes.

The Technology We Used

We developed the new website in Drupal 8 and developed a custom theme to match the designs that we proposed. We integrates all sales with Stripe for easy credit card payments. The website is hosted on our fast managed cloud solution and is built to scale up at a moments notice.
